PulseBoard's Pro plan is a recurring monthly subscription, billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle via Razorpay. There is no long-term commitment - you can cancel at any time from within the app (Company Settings, for the company owner).
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle, but you keep full Pro access through the end of the period you've already paid for - cancelling does not end your access immediately. After that date, your workspace moves to the Freemium plan rather than being suspended, so your data and account remain intact.
Because access continues for the full period already paid for, we do not provide prorated or partial refunds for cancelling partway through a billing cycle. If you believe you were charged in error, or a specific transaction shouldn't have gone through, contact us (see our Contact Us page) and we'll review it.
In the rare case a payment is deducted from your account but your subscription doesn't show as active - for example, if the payment confirmation step was interrupted - the deducted amount is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. No action is needed on your part; if it hasn't appeared after 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll follow up directly with Razorpay.
If a renewal payment fails (e.g. an expired card), we do not cancel your subscription immediately - you get a short grace period to update your payment details before your workspace moves to the Freemium plan. No charge is made during a failed-payment grace period.
For anything not covered here - a billing dispute, a refund request outside the cases above, or a general question - contact us via our Contact Us page and we'll respond as quickly as we can.
